1. Why do I need Macromedia Flash 8 Plugin?

This game has been built using macromedia Flash 8, so you need the Flash plugin to play the game. It's free and you can download it from adobe.com, although you may already have it installed. Try playing the game first and if it doesn't load then download the plugin to play.

2. Why do I need to register?

You only need to register if you want to access the extra features of this game, such as personal stats, submitting scores, starting Mini-leagues and entering the competitions. It's FREE to register and only takes a few moments.

3. I didn't get a Welcome email, so can I still log in?

First, you should check your junk mail folder. Email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail sometimes send activation type emails to the junk mail folder. If you still can't find the welcome email but made a note of your username and password then go straight to the login page and enter your details to start playing. If you don't know your username then you will need to create a new account.

4. I forgot my password, why can't you just send it to me instead of a new one?

We store passwords in an encrypted format, so even we don't know your password. If you have forgotten yours, we can email you a special link to change your password.

5. How do I win the competition?

Firstly, you have to enter! It's completely free and you can enter as often as you like, however, to enter the competition you must first register and you must then get a high enough score. You will be prompted to 'Submit Your Score' once you have reached the required level. Everyone who reaches the required level and submits his or her score will be entered into a draw and the winner will be drawn a few days after the closing date of the competition.
